Electric processor boilers model TK-Profesional 120kW-240kW - floor mounting
Boilers TK-Professional 120-240kW are compact devices intended for heating larger residential or commercial buildings. The boiler body is made of sheet steel, tested at a pressure of 6 bar, while the maximum working pressure is 4 bar. The flanges with which the boiler is connected to the heating installation are located on the back side of the boiler. There is a filling and emptying tap on the return pipe of the boiler (lower), and a safety valve and an automatic venting pot on the pressure pipe (upper). The lower door covers the switchboard with complete boiler automation and regular clamps for connecting the power cable, as well as auxiliary terminals for connecting the control for the circulation pump and the room thermostat. The boilers are equipped with a "Multistage protection" protection system, which permanently monitors the temperature and pressure in the system. If the pressure or temperature approaches illegal values, it shows appropriate warnings on the display, and if the limit values of pressure or temperature are exceeded, it turns off all heaters, that is, in the third level of protection, it turns off the complete power supply of the device using voltage triggers, which guarantees safety. Boilers TK-Professional 120÷240kW can optionally be connected to a centralized monitoring and control system (BMS, SCADA,...), via the RS485 RTU module, using the ModBus protocol. The possibility of connecting up to 10 boilers (of the same power) in cascade mode with an additional Cascade regulator.
